Upper Crust was started by Mr. Lester D'souza In 1989. It Starter of Making Different Types of Breads, Biscuits, Chocolates, Cakes, Pastries, Pies, Desserts & Puddings etc. The range was gradually increased to Sandwiches, Rolls, Burgers & Pizzas.

Mr. Lester D'souza is the owner and a Trained Bakery & Confectionery Chef. He has working Experience with the Taj Group of hotels in New Delhi.

Mr. Lester D'souza was later joined by wife Monisha and a sister concern Café Upper Crust set up in 1996. Serving Sizzlers, Soups, Coolers, Frankie's, Pizzas, Kebabs and all Bakery & Confectionery Items.

Upper Crust Round The Corner was set up in 2000. Serving Pies, Doughnut, Sandwich's, Pizzas Bakes, Stuffed Breads, Croissants Turnovers and all Bakery & Confectionery Items.
